JBM: the most famous, most prestigious gourmet coffee variety in the world.

Grown in volcanic soil on plantations at altitudes of up to 2000 m, the highest regions on the island also called Blue Mountain.

The most famous of these coffees comes from the legendary Wallenford Estate, the name itself today a guarantee of high quality and care during each and every stage of production and processing: from the harvest — where only the ripe red cherries are handpicked — to the complex washing process and on to final selection.

These precious green/blue beans are not stored in common burlap or jute bags, rather they are stored in white oak barrels just like some exclusive Caribbean rums.
